Dear participants!

The Government of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, with direct participation of the Council for the Study of Productive Forces (SOPS) of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Sciences is to hold an International Conference “The North-East Russia Infrastructure Integrated Development”, which will take place August 17-19, 2011 in the city of Yakutsk, Yakutia, Russia.

The Conference goal is to establish a cooperative foundation for federal and regional authorities, for Russian and foreign investors and entrepreneurs, and discussion of development issues of the Russian Far East and prospective investment projects.

One of the main activities of the program is an international conference “Intercontinental Magistral Eurasia - America”, held by the Council for the Study of Productive Forces (SOPS) with support of the Federal Council of the Russian Federation, the Commerce and Industry Chamber, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, and the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

The Conference Program consists of formal sections on: State investment policy, regional, infrastructural and cluster development, discussion of the “Economic and Social Development of the Arctic Zone of Russia in the years of 2012-2020” State Program, techniques to raise extra-budgetary funds for the implementation of infrastructure investment projects.

The list of participants consists of the heads of Federal authorities, major Russian companies, business and investment community representatives, Russian Federal, regional and foreign mass media representatives.

In order to become a conference participant, you must register  at the website of the Conference and pay of 10,000 rubles (370 USD) admission fee, which includes:

• official registration as a participant

• complete set of conference materials

• participant badge

• assist of the Organizing Committee in booking accommodation and registration of entry documents for Russia (for foreign participants)

• food (during the conference work hours, beverages, snacks and dinners are to be served)

• souvenirs from sponsors

Accommodation and travel fees are not included.
